receipt of your demand indicating the job specification and terms of
service, we will immediately under-take to advertise the job vacancies in
the leading news papers of the country subject to your permission or
direction . All applications received thereafter will be dully scrutinized
and a short list of the most promising
candidates will be prepared after a fairly
rigorous exercise of the interviews and tests. The resumes of the
short list may be forwarded to you, if so desired, The final evaluation
and selection will be subject to procedure determined by your
organization. To ensure maximum efficiently a notice of one week is desirable
for spot interviews by your representatives.

Once
the final selection has been made by your organization, the expeditious
completion of remaining formalities will be carried out. The flight
details and schedule of travel will be communicated to employer by fax.

of job vacancies through the National press.

Interview
of candidates and the requisite trade tests where applicable.

Medical
examination as required by the employer .

Execution
of Foreign Services Agreement.

Registration
with the protector of Emigrants.

Arranging
Passports where necessary.

Obtaining
International Health Certificate.

Attestation
of documents of applications where essential.

Endorsement
of Visas on Passport, whenever necessary.

Flight
booking and dispatch of Employees.
It
may also be mentioned that apart from tapping the required Manpower
through advertisements, we also maintain ready index of personnel, which
has been prepared during the course of our operations. Our Manpower index
ensures the timely dispatch of personnel. The time frame of this process
for Muscat normally takes one to two weeks time from the date of final
selection and can be lesser in urgency cases.
SUBMISSION
OF FORTNIGHTLY REPORTS & FAMILY VISAS OF YOUR EMPLOYEES.
We
shall submit you the fortnightly reports regarding the position of your
work Visas and the development of the cases, under process in the relevant
offices or Embassies. We shall also arrange to protect and process the
passport of your employees, family from the relevant offices or embassies,
if needed.
We
have detailed above the sketch of our office location. The services we can
offer and the facilities. We enjoy with regards to the selection of
personal through us. The undersigned shall leave for Muscat immediately,
if called by you.
